Wayne started practicing law as a Cook County State’s Attorney in 1987. After leaving that office in 1988, Wayne practiced at Hinshaw & Culberston, one of the largest private law firms in the state of Illinois, until 1992 when he started his career as a solo practitioner so he could serve his clients on a more personal basis.
Wayne's specific areas of concentration are family law, general civil litigation and real estate law. With over 36 years of experience, he has participated in a large number of administrative hearings and trials – both bench and jury – as well as numerous hearings regarding family law matters. Additionally, he has represented clients in Dissolution of Marriage proceedings, real estate transactions, and settlement negotiations in matters both civil and criminal. In accumulating this experience, Wayne has honed and developed the knowledge and skill to competently, diligently, and zealously represent his clients to the best possible conclusion.

Andrew Makhlouf is a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area and currently lives in the suburbs. He attended DePaul University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. Afterward, he attended the John Marshall Law School from which he graduated cum laude. During his time at John Marshall, Andrew worked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office as a 711-Law Clerk, and competed in moot court competitions, achieving several awards.
After admission to the Illinois Bar, Andrew represented the seriously injured at Levin, Riback & Adelman. Wanting to branch out, Andrew decided to open up his own practice where he focused on real estate law, business law, and civil litigation. He has represented clients all across the Chicago Metropolitan Area and Illinois as purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Andrew assisted the largest privately held wireless infrastructure company with all aspects of wireless infrastructure deployment where he facilitated the deployment of more than 300 small cell and macro tower sites all over the US. Andrew is also a licensed real estate broker where he focuses on individual and portfolio hotel transactions across the country with an in-depth knowledge of the Midwest markets.
Andrew's transaction volume includes over $330 million in commercial and residential properties. His passion for advocacy allows him to zealously and diligently represent his clients to achieve the best possible outcome, even in the most difficult and complex circumstances.
